Ticket(s) are valid on the date specified upon purchase only.
Both Peak Tram return rides and Sky Terrace 428 admission need to be used on the same date of visit.
The first ride must take place before 12:00 noon. No specific timeslot restrictions for the return ride and the last tram depart at 11:00 pm.
The quality of the view cannot be guaranteed under certain circumstances such as adverse weather. Tickets cannot be refund or exchange under such circumstances.
Peak Tram Operating Hours - 7:30 am to 11:00 pm daily (Mon - Sun & Public Holidays)
Sky Terrace 428 - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Mon - Fri); 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
General Terms & Conditions
Peak Tramways Company, Limited & The Peak Tower Limited (“The Company”) reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the ticket prices and validity; (iii) change any block-out dates and designated day dates and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
The tickets are priced in Hong Kong dollars. Please note however that the amount charged may be subject to exchange rate, and charges as determined and charged by the payment service provider from time to time.
Tickets and any offer or promotion are not for re-sale, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.
Each ticket must be used for one admission by the same person on the same day during the specified validity period.
Tickets are void if altered or defaced.
Children aged below 3 can enjoy free admission to the Peak Tram and Sky Terrace 428.
Guests must be 18 years old or above to purchase tickets through the Company’s website. Guests effecting any website purchase must input the information, including Guests’ names and other forms of personal data required. The Company reserves the right to request identification documents for verification purposes.
The person making the online purchase must be the authorised holder of the credit card used.
Guests may not use a virtual card for online purchase.
The Company will only issue tickets after credit card payment is authenticated. If the payment cannot be authenticated by the bank, The Company reserves the right to cancel the ticket order.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket.
In case of repair, maintenance, inclement weather including but not limit to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no.8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, emergency or other reasons, The Company may suspend the operation of the Peak Tram or Sky Terrace 428 at any time. Within 30 days after the service suspension, guests can exchange on-day ticket at the Peak Tram terminus ticket office.
In case the Peak Tram or Sky Terrace 428 reaches its maximum capacity, The Company may exercise admission control and guests shall follow the instruction of The Company staff for entry arrangement.
The offer of purchase is made in Hong Kong and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and subject to the interpretation of The Company which shall be final and conclusive.
In case of any dispute, the decision of The Company shall be final.
